Today’s media freakout: the closing of the “de minimis” import loophole. This means super-cheap overseas goods will no longer be as cheap.
Happily, Americans have always been able to purchase my gear free of duties, import fees, or tariffs, and that remains the case.
That’s because I 100% build the gear with my own hands, in my own shop, in the USA. I sell it on the website I built, I box it for shipment in my shop, and I walk it to the post office so you can enjoy it a few days later. No container ships, no middlemen, no fluff. I’m proud of this. I’ll keep it this way.
