SHIPPING, RETURNS, & CANCELLATIONS.
SHIPPING:
FREE lower-48 shipping on all orders. We use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on product and destination. If you’re in Alaska or Hawaii, we can ship, possibly for free. Email us: info@freewheelmission.com
We ship twice a week - all in-stock orders placed by 3pm EST on Monday or Thursday ship same day.
International shipping: Yes, on an individual basis. If you’d like to place an international order, email us: info@freewheelmission.com
RETURNS:
We are a small business building gear by hand in the USA. We cannot have the same unreasonable return policies as Amazon and Walmart - which pay for their policies via huge profit made on cheap Chinese goods sold at American prices.
Contact us to request an RA number. Many In-Stock products may be returned within 21 days of ship date if new and unused.
All returned orders are subject to a restocking fee of 10-20% (dependent on product cost) which covers our shipping and credit card fees.
Sale, custom, and limited-edition products may not be returned. Build-to-Spec products MAY be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis (dependent on product).
CANCELLATIONS:
All cancelled orders will have 5% deducted from the refund. Our payment processor does not refund us the fees on your original order. Orders for custom gear (Custom Frame Bags, for example) cannot be cancelled once we have begun to build your order.
If you leave a custom order pending with us for over a year, the order is no longer valid and no refunds will be given. We reach out repeatedly to our customers with pending orders, and despite our best efforts, some folks place an order and walk away! At some point we have to move on.
