SHIPPING, RETURNS, & CANCELLATIONS.

SHIPPING:

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders in the Lower 48! I use USPS Priority Mail.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, or military APO/FPO orders: Yes to shipping, possibly for free. You may be invoiced for additional shipping cost, but only if necessary.

  • International orders: I ship to many countries. You will be invoiced for actual shipping cost. Email for a quote: info@freewheelmission.com

  • I ship twice a week - all in-stock orders placed by 3pm EST on Monday or Thursday ship same day.

RETURNS:

  • I’m a small business building gear by hand in the USA. I cannot have the same highly-abused return policies as Amazon and Walmart - which pay for those losing policies via huge profit made on cheap Chinese goods sold at American prices.

  • Contact me to request an RA number. Many In-Stock products may be returned within two weeks of delivery date if new and unused.

  • All returned orders are subject to a restocking fee of 10-20% (dependent on product cost) which covers shipping and credit card fees.

  • Sale, custom, and limited-edition products may not be returned. Build-to-Spec products MAY be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis (dependent on product).

CANCELLATIONS:

  • All cancelled orders will have 5% deducted from the refund. My payment processor does not refund the fees on your original order. Orders for custom gear (Custom Frame Bags, for example) cannot be cancelled once I have begun working on your order.

  • If you leave a custom order pending for over a year, the order is no longer valid and no refunds will be given. I reach out repeatedly to our customers with pending orders, and despite my best efforts, some folks place an order and walk away! At some point I have to move on.
