collaboration is a good thing
Today, a little backstory. I've been enjoying this Relentless Components Mule rack. Sean - the man behind Relentless - has long traveled in the same circles I have. Our mutual friend, the incorrigible adventurer Brett Davis, introduced us. Years ago Sean was an engineer at Salsa Cycles, and I had one of the largest Salsa shops in the country. Later, we built some bikepacking gear for Sean's prototype Salsa Warbird as he was readying it for public launch.
Fast-forward a decade and here we are, still working together! The Mule rack pairs really nicely with our SL Panniers. In fact, filmmaker Greg Cairns just completed a 40-day tour in eastern Europe using that exact pairing. (Really looking forward to seeing the film that comes from that trip!) I just miiiiight be working on a new product for the Mule. And let's just say that chances of future collaborations between Sean and I are very good. Made in the USA, small business strong!
